Special Deliveries - Early Childhood
Special Deliveries is a home visitation program for pregnant women and families with children from birth to kindergarten entry age offered through Family & Children’s Services. Special Deliveries is focused on strengthening families so that children are safe, healthy and ready to learn.

Transportation is available on an as-needed basis for group meetings and necessary doctor’s appointments.
Special Deliveries home visitation program is available in Lee County.
ABC Program - Early Childhood
The ABC Program serves preschool children ages 2 to 5 who face difficulties in the day care, pre-school or home environment due to behavioral issues and/or developmental delays.
Children attend the program at Family and Children’s Services for up to 4 hours several days a week, depending on the child’s need and available openings. This program works closely with the Special Deliveries program to ensure that families receive family counseling, parenting skills support, and access to resources.

The Child and Adolescent Substance Use program provides outpatient treatment and intervention for children and adolescents who abuse/use drugs and alcohol. Service interventions are designed to promote and sustain sobriety following the evidenced-based Motivational Interviewing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Curriculum.

Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS) are community-based services to help children, youth, young adults and their families with mental health needs. These services can help them succeed at home, at school, and in the community.
IHBS ensures access to high-quality mental health outreach, treatment, recovery, and support services for children, youth, and young adults. These services may also lower the need for hospital visits and placements outside of the home.
Child & Adolescent (C&A) In-Home Intervention (IHI)
Child & Adolescent (C&A) In-Home Intervention (IHI) is a structured, consistent, strength-based therapy provided by a two-person team.

Intensive Care Coordination (ICC)
Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) is a case management service. A Care Coordinator works directly with the child, youth, or young adult and their family.
ICC plans services, coordinates support, and monitors a care plan that includes medically necessary services. There are two levels of Care Coordination: Low Intensity Care Coordination (LICC) and High Intensity Care Coordination (HICC). HICC meets with your family more often than LICC.
Certified Youth Peer Support (CPS-Y)
Certified Youth Peer Support (CPS-Y) is based on sharing lived experiences. It is a service that provides structured and scheduled activities for individuals aged 10-21.
CPS-Y helps with social interaction, recovery, and speaking up for oneself. It helps build community living skills and identify natural supports, and is provided by a young adult who has similar lived experience.
Certified Parent Peer Support (CPS-P)
Certified Parent Peer Support (CPS-P) is based on sharing lived experiences. It is a service that provides structured and scheduled activities. CPS -P helps with social interaction, recovery, and speaking up for oneself. It helps build community living skills and identify natural supports, and is provided by a parent with similar lived experience.
Therapeutic Mentoring (TM)
Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) is a structured, one-on-one skill-building intervention for a child or youth. Support services help the child reach age-appropriate behaviors by restoring daily living, social, and communication skills that have been adversely impacted by a mental health condition.
